One Bus. One Day. Three Thousand Years.
Church groups, schools, homeschool co-ops, and motorcoach tours. We build the day around your schedule, your headcount, and your budget — then we handle it.
Groups That Fit Well Here
Every group gets the same grounds. What changes is the pacing, the add-ons, and how much talking your guide does.
Churches & Faith Groups
Adult classes, men’s and women’s ministries, confirmation groups, and whole congregations. Your guide connects each structure to the passages your group already knows — what a threshing floor actually was, why the widow’s two coins mattered, what kind of room the Last Supper happened in. Groups often pair the tour with the Biblical Meal and stay for a devotional afterward.
Schools & Homeschool Co-ops
Elementary through high school, plus homeschool groups of any configuration. The Kid’s Dig gives students four excavation pits — three modeled on real digs from different periods — and teaches how archaeologists actually record a site. Chaperone ratios, lunch space, and bus parking are all sorted before you arrive.
Motorcoach & Tour Operators
We’re just off I-85, about an hour southwest of Atlanta, with parking and turnaround built for full-size coaches. Tours run to a fixed clock so your driver’s schedule holds, and we can feed the whole coach on site rather than sending you back out to find lunch.
Scouts, Camps & Youth Groups
Hands-on by default. Bread over an open fire, four dig pits, and a garden built to be walked rather than looked at. Good for a group that will not sit still, and for leaders who’d rather not ask them to.

Tuesday – Saturday:
10:00 AM – 5:00 PMHours may vary for federal holidays and staff training, so guests should confirm before traveling.
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are strongly recommended for guided tours and required for the Biblical Meal Experience and reserved group programs. Walk-in self-guided admission is subject to operating hours and availability.
How far ahead should a group book?
Book as early as possible, especially for meals, school trips, and large groups. Online meal bookings close 48 hours before the tour, but guests may call the office to ask about late availability.
What is the smallest group that qualifies?
School pricing requires at least 10 students. Groups below 10 should call for pricing and availability. General-group activities are available by reservation and applicable program capacity.
What happens if it rains?
Many experiences include outdoor areas. BHC may adjust the order, move suitable portions indoors, reschedule, or offer another approved option based on conditions. Guests should contact the office before traveling during severe weather.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Dietary restrictions are a required booking question, and the kitchen can accommodate requests submitted during booking. Biblical History Center uses a shared kitchen and cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Yes. Biblical History Center may divide a large party into smaller groups and rotate them through experiences to protect the artifacts, improve audibility, and manage space. The final rotation plan depends on staffing and attendance.
Are routes wheelchair accessible?
Most visitor areas are wheelchair accessible, but some reconstructed and outdoor areas have uneven terrain or limited access. Accommodation needs should be discussed with the employee handling the reservation so staff can plan the best route and assistance.
May we bring our own food?
