Booking & Reservation Policy
Booking Confirmation
Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from the Biblical History Center.
Please note: Charges may not appear as “Biblical History Center” on your statement. All charges are processed from LaGrange, Georgia, USA.
Deposits & Payment
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for all reserved experiences.
- The remaining balance is due once your final group count is confirmed.
Deposit Waivers
Deposits may be waived for approved tour companies, school groups, and organizational partners.
Waivers are granted at the discretion of the Biblical History Center and may require prior approval or established booking history.
Final Confirmation
Final group attendance must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled visit.

Once your group is confirmed, full payment is required.
Confirmation Deadlines
- Tuesday Tours → Confirm by Saturday at 12:00 PM
- Wednesday Tours → Confirm by Saturday at 12:00 PM
- Thursday Tours → Confirm by Tuesday at 12:00 PM
- Friday Tours → Confirm by Wednesday at 12:00 PM
- Saturday Tours → Confirm by Thursday at 12:00 PM
Group Size Requirements
General Admission Experiences
- Shepherd’s Bread: 10–30 participants
- Kid’s Dig: 8–30 participating children
Field Trips
- Shepherd’s Bread: 8–30 students
- Kid’s Dig: 8–30 participating students
Note: Adults do not participate in Shepherd’s Bread or Kid’s Dig activities and are only charged for Garden and Gallery Tours.
Tax Exemption
Tax exemption forms must be submitted at least two weeks prior to your visit for review.
Approval is not guaranteed and will be confirmed after review.

Cancellation Policy
Group Reservations
- Cancellations made before the confirmation deadline will receive a refund minus a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled visit are non-refundable.
However, guests may:
- Reschedule their visit, or
- Receive a transferable gift card
Special Events
All special events are non-refundable. These are limited-capacity experiences and all sales are final.
Our Approach
Our programs require advance staffing, food preparation, and resource allocation. These policies allow us to maintain the quality of each experience for every guest.
At the same time, we understand that genuine emergencies can occur. In rare and extreme circumstances, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of the Biblical History Center.
