Tax exemption forms vary and cannot be guaranteed until reviewed individually for approval.
Submission of Tax Exemption Forms are required at least 2 weeks prior to tour date for review and confirmation. Guests will be notified if the tax form is acceptable or not. Please submit to this email info@biblicalhistory.com.

Confirmation Requirements:
Confirmation with total number of attendees is required 48 hours in advance of reservation.
Reservation group attendee confirmation can be done by one of these methods

Once reservation is confirmed, payment in full is required. No exceptions.
Confirmation Dates:
Tuesday Tour = Saturday by 12.00 noon
Wednesday Tour = Saturday by 12.00 noon (closed Monday)
Thursday Tour = Tuesday by 12.00 noon
Friday Tour = Wednesday by 12.00 noon
Saturday Tour = Thursday by 12.00 noon

General Admission
Shepherd’s Bread: Minimum – 10 people | Maximum – 30 people
Kid’s Dig: Minimum – 8 Digging Children | Maximum – 30 Digging Children
Field Trips
Shepherd’s Bread: Minimum – 8 students | Maximum – 30 students
Kid’s Dig: Minimum – 8 digging students | Maximum – 30 digging students
**Adults DO NOT take part in “Shepherd’s Bread Making” or the “Kid’s Dig” activities. Adults are only being charged for Garden and Gallery Tours.

Cancellation Policy:
Group tour reservations cancelled before the confirmation requirement date, will receive a refund with a 12% cancellation fee of the total amount booked.
Group tour reservations cancelled within 48 hours of reserved time, will not be refunded but can receive a transferrable gift card or rebook at no extra cost. No exceptions.
