Booking Policy

**Your booking is not confirmed until you have received a booking confirmation email from us.**

Deposits Required:

Groups of 1-10 people – No deposit required
Groups of 11-25 people – 25% of total price required
Groups of 26 or more people – 50% of total price required

**School groups and homeschool groups are NOT required to place deposits

 

Minimums and Maximums of People for Bookings:

General Admission
Archaeological Replica Garden Tour: Minimum – 6 people | Maximum – 45 people
Biblical Meal: Minimum – 6 people | Maximum – 45 people
Shepherd’s Bread: Minimum – 10 people  | Maximum – 45 people
Kid’s Dig: Minimum – 8 Digging Children | Maximum – 36 Digging Children
Lectures: Minimum – 6 people | Maximum – 45 people
Time Tunnel: Minimum – 6 people | Maximum – 45 people

**If your group has LESS than the required number of people, then please let us know! We are more than happy to add them to a booking that already exists. 
**If your group has MORE than the required number of people, then please let us know! We are more than happy to split you all into two groups pending availability. 

Field Trips
Archaeological Replica Garden Tour: Minimum – 6 students | Maximum – 45 people

Shepherd’s Bread: Minimum – 10 students  | Maximum – 45 students
Kid’s Dig: Minimum – 8 digging students | Maximum – 36 digging students
Lectures: Minimum – 6 people | Maximum – 45 people
Time Tunnel: Minimum – 6 people | Maximum – 45 people

**Adults DO NOT take part in the Shepherd’s Bread Making or the Kid’s Dig. You are only charged for Garden and Gallery Tours.

**If your group has MORE than the required number of people, then please let us know! We are more than happy to split you all into two groups pending availability. 

 

Confirmation Requirements:

Must confirm the total number of attendees 48 hours in advance of booking.
Groups can confirm either by calling the office and speaking with a staff member, leaving a voicemail, or emailing info@biblicalhistorycenter.com.
Once confirmed, the group is required to pay the full amount of the confirmed numbers. No exceptions.

Confirmation Times:
Tuesday Tour = Saturday by 12.00 noon
Wednesday Tour = Monday by 12.00 noon
Thursday Tour = Tuesday by 12.00 noon
Friday Tour = Wednesday by 12.00 noon
Saturday Tour = Thursday by 12.00 noon

 

Cancellation Policy: 

If a group cancels their tour before the confirmation requirement date, then they will receive a full refund.
If a group cancels their tour within 48 hours of their tour, then they will not be given a refund. No exceptions. 

 

Tax Exempt Forms:

Only tax exempt forms from the State of Georgia can be accepted.
Visitors must submit the form at least 2 week prior to the tour to be cleared for tax exemption.
Tax exemption will not be guaranteed as every form is different and must be individually cleared.
